evacuated sampling canister can
complete a sampling event in as
little as 4 seconds.

Short-term exposure assessment can
be extended to monitor events as
long as 15 minutes.

The universal sampling system can
provide quantitative and qualitative
data for polar, non-polar and
reactive volatile organics as well
as fixed gases. Detection range
extends from 0.5 ppbv to the percent
range.
Diacetyl Analysis
 Centek Labs has been doing diacetyl
analysis for over 2 years and can
monitor employees for exposure
concentration. Some of the products that
have been tested have been butter flavor
oils, margarine, sprays etc. The
analysis, conducted found diacetyl
vapors were released in all the products
when the manufacturer's recommended
amount of margarine, oil or spray for a
specific recipe was heated.
